Felix Flores

is an Instructional AI/Technology Specialist at Texas A&M University–San Antonio, where he leads the implementation of innovative, evidence-based AI and technology initiatives supporting the Alamo Bridges and Transition University programs. His work focuses on advancing academic and career development pathways for individuals with disabilities, equipping them with the tools, digital literacy, and workforce skills necessary to achieve meaningful employment and independent living outcomes.

With a background in workforce development, systems analysis, and program strategy, Felix previously served as a Senior Program Analyst for the City of San Antonio’s SA Ready to Work initiative. In that role, he coordinated employer engagement efforts, analyzed labor market data, strengthened training-to-employment pipelines, and supported citywide workforce initiatives. Notably, Felix began his professional journey as a Ready to Work participant—an experience that deeply informs his commitment to expanding access to opportunity and building sustainable career pathways for others.

Felix is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity at Texas A&M University–San Antonio. His academic and professional interests include artificial intelligence in education, applied cybersecurity, instructional technology design, and strategic workforce innovation. He is passionate about bridging technology, education, and community partnerships to create scalable, data-informed solutions that empower learners and organizations alike.
